ROGER PALIGUTAN — PRESIDENT
Roger has been living an active Christian life since 1998, with a deep commitment to faith, service, and helping others. He has served in the nursing profession for 28 years and currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner. His healthcare experience has strengthened his compassion for individuals, families, and communities facing difficult circumstances. Through Infinite Grace, he seeks to combine faith, service, and practical outreach to encourage people and help improve lives. He remains committed to sharing Christ, serving people, and building stronger generations through compassionate leadership.
WENDY B. OGLETREE — SECRETARY
Wendy is a devoted Christian, entrepreneur, and owner of a residential home care business, with a strong commitment to ministry, mentorship, and community outreach. Her experience in caring for others has strengthened her compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting individuals and families with dignity and respect. She is known for her caring heart and willingness to encourage and uplift those facing difficult circumstances. Her faith inspires her to serve through prayer, practical assistance, kindness, and compassionate leadership. Through Infinite Grace, Wendy seeks to strengthen families, support communities, and bring hope to others through faith and service.
ELSIE A. LINK — CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER / TREASURER
Elsie is a retired healthcare worker who brings a strong background in service, responsibility, and compassionate care to Infinite Grace. Her professional experience has strengthened her attention to detail, discipline, and commitment to helping others with dignity and respect. She also contributes experience in financial management, budgeting, and responsible stewardship of organizational resources. Her Christian faith guides her values of integrity, accountability, humility, and service. Through Infinite Grace, Elsie helps support the organization’s mission by combining careful financial oversight with a genuine heart for serving people and communities.
CARLITO MAURICIO — INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Carlito is an engineer and a longtime servant of the Lord with many years of involvement in Christian ministry and outreach. His professional background in engineering has strengthened his leadership, discipline, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence. He has supported mission churches, ministry partnerships, and community initiatives, particularly in the Philippines. He is passionate about Christian education and encouraging individuals who desire to grow in biblical knowledge and ministry. Through Infinite Grace, he continues to support the work of the Gospel locally and internationally while contributing his professional experience and servant leadership.
JOCELYN PALIGUTAN — PUBLIC RELATIONS, MEDIA, AND COMMUNICATIONS
Jocelyn is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Her professional experience in healthcare has strengthened her ability to listen, educate, and advocate for individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Her Christian faith guides her approach to service, leadership, and caring for others with dignity and respect. She is passionate about helping people improve their health, well-being, and quality of life. Through Infinite Grace, she contributes her healthcare knowledge, compassion, and commitment to serving communities with faith and purpose.
